Jolt Capital welcomes a new General Partner
Stanislas Subra joins Jolt Capital as General Partner to bring his deep knowledge of institutional investors and capital markets, as well as a strong expertise in the field of digital health.
As part of the MACSF group for more than a decade, he was a senior investment manager on the equities and derivatives, private investments desk. In particular, he was following the tech stocks in Europe and the US, and he was instrumental in opening the venture capital practice of MACSF in 2013. Active on the whole range of their non-listed activities, he deployed over €400m, half in funds of funds, and the other half in 30+ direct participations. Back in 2018, he launched and managed with the executive committee the new e-health CVC fund for MACSF, that holds in its portfolio companies such as Owkin, Wandercraft, Resilience, Lifen, Incepto and Synapse Medicine.
Stanislas was also involved in 2017 in the foundation of the audiovisual group Mediawan, through the first SPAC listed on the Paris stock exchange, before sitting as board member, and participating with the founders in the takeover bid on the group, supported by MACSF and KKR in 2020. He was also an investor and a board member in ThebrandtechGroup, the digital marketing advisory firm launched by David Jones.
Before joining MACSF, he had started his career as a real estate investment analyst at BPCE Real Estate.

Stanislas Subra holds an MSc in Banking and Finance from Pantheon-Assas University in Paris.
