Vincent Marcel appointed CEO of BioSerenity

Founded in 2014, BioSerenity has designed an unrivalled range of medical devices and software in electroencephalography. The company has also extended the scope of its innovative solutions to other fields, including sleep disorders. Today, with over 300 partners and 150,000 patients treated every year, BioSerenity has become a leader in neurological diagnostics and sleep disorders.

Vincent Marcel was Deputy CEO of Almaviva Santé, a French chain of private clinics, in charge of finance, real estate, legal and IT from September 2018 to June 2023. Previously, he held CFO positions in the healthcare sector, with Labco (2012-2015) and Synlab (2015-2017), companies owned by private equity funds.

He began his career in the international operations of the France Telecom group, where he held technical, operational and business development positions. He then held finance positions, first with BNP bank (1996-1998), then with manufacturing company Valeo (CAC40), where he was CFO and member of the Board of Directors from 2001 to 2011. Vincent Marcel has held various international positions in Japan, the United States and Germany.
